When we spoke to him on the phone when booking we felt he genuinely cared for our wellbeing, reminding us to watch out for kangaroos. When we arrived, he'd turned on the electric blankets and heater on the room in anticipation of our arrival and the room was so neat and tidy. Thank you Mike!
